Monique was the Chair of the Dutch Documentary Producers (2010- 2016), board member of the Ramses Shaffy Foundation (2015-2020) and chair of the board of the Wende foundation (starting 2020). Together with Michiel van Erp, Monique also produces films

Tomtit Film was established in 2020 by Monique Busman. We produce documentaries, feature films, drama and documentary series as a part of the EAVE network.
